Blind Kings Rules — How to Play

Blind Kings is a hidden-piece strategy game. Armies start face-down; reveal, move, and attack to conquer your rival kingdom.

Basics

Each player represents a Blind King trying to conquer their rival kingdom. Due to their blindness, their armies have been mixed up and they do not know which pieces are their own. Players alternate taking turns to reveal pieces, position pieces and attack pieces.

Revealing

On their turn, a player can reveal any unturned piece on the board. The first revealed will always be the first players piece. All other pieces that are flipped can be either players piece.

Positioning / Moving

A player can move any of their revealed pieces into an adjacent space as long as it is empty.

Attacking

Except for special pieces (king, peasant and assassin), pieces can only attack adjacent enemy pieces with equal or lesser Combat Power (CP) as themselves.

Winning

Capture the enemy King, or reduce your rival to no living pieces, to win the game.
